2. Search for Homes
This is the fun part! Together, we can tour homes based on the criteria you’ve established.
3. Writing an Offer
I will personally draft the purchase agreement for you, advising you on all the details and answering any questions you have.
4. Due Diligence
This involves conducting inspections, reviewing survey reports, and ensuring all necessary documents are in order.
5. Closing the Deal
The final step is the closing process, where all necessary legal documents are signed, funds are transferred and ownership is officially transferred to you.
